Our History
Since 1962 we've been distributing car parts. Still a family business and into the third generation.
Incorporation
WWII Spitfire Pilot, Harvey Edwards opens an Auto Parts store distributing only batteries from a house in Tallwn, Pontypridd.
Product Range
As well as Celtic Batteries, Autoparts now stock Mintex Brake Pads, Walker Exhausts and Fram Filters.
Deliveries
Now offering two deliveries a day from an Austin A30 van. The delivery driver was given a £1 coin to fill the tank full with fuel!
Reloction
Having outgrown the Trallwn stores, Harvey purchased an old Fyffes Banana warehouse next to the Brown Lennox Chainworks in Pontypridd.
Retirement
Harvey has a retirement party but still continues his weekly visit. This year Autoparts moved into a second warehouse.
Group Membership
Members of the Alliance Automotive group have given us access to the new NAPA brand.

For 50 years we have stocked quality brands at the right price. In some cases we are still stocking the same brands as we did in the 1960s.
